LLC Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our website.  Your privacy is of utmost importance to us to ensure that you are 100% confident in participating in our auction events, whether live or online.  We pride ourselves on our reputation and integrity.  We are committed to use our best efforts to fully protect your privacy and personal financial safety.


Diehl & Co. LLC does not have access under the licensed software platform nor under its PCI DSS Compliance Attestation, to ANY user credit card information (except for the last four digits, which may be used to inform a user of the specific card that was utilized in the purchase).  This includes any "private event" live auction registration ticket purchases. Under Federal law and banking industry regulations, PCI DSS Compliance Attestation is required in order for credit cards to be processed in a secure environment, and Diehl & Co. LLC is monitored for compliance on an ongoing basis.


When you visit the website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse our website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the website, and information about how you interact with the site.

We collect device information using the following technologies:

If you default payment, we will share your information with third parties. 


As described above, we may use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.  Opt-out of these advertisements if you are not interested in receiving them.

 If you are a European resident, you have additional rights to access the information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. 


When you place an order through our website, we will maintain your order information for our records to maintain a complete and full record in compliance with generally-accepted accounting, legal documentation and recordkeeping practices. 


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.  You’ll be asked to review the new policies on the main page of our website.  "Don't Go Changin' " is a favorite song of ours... so this should be a rare event.
